3. Who receives your data
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our email inbox.
- Our email provider hosts the mailbox that receives your message.
- Outbrain receives pixel data only if you accept marketing measurement.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the providers above, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area and rely on legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
4. Cookies, the Outbrain pixel and your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept or reject marketing measurement. Nothing from Outbrain is loaded unless you click “Accept”. If you accept, the Outbrain pixel records page views and, after you submit our contact form, a “Lead” event, and Outbrain may set cookies or similar identifiers. This helps us understand whether our advertising reaches people who are interested in our education content. Outbrain acts under its own privacy policy, which you can read on outbrain.com.
You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page. We do not use cookies to build marketing profiles of you ourselves. This website does not load third-party fonts or analytics before you make a choice.
5. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any reasonable follow-up, and then delete them. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), and to receive your data in a portable format. To use these rights, email [email protected] or write to us at the address above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland’s supervisory authority: dataprotection.ie.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
